Diamond Flight Academy Scandinavia and its partner European Flight Training Academy, both in Kalmar if my memory doesn't fail.
Egnatia Aviation in Greece.
Angel City Flyers in California.
Urbe Aero in Italy.
Keilir Aviation Academy in Iceland.
There is Aerolink in Barcelona, Spain, that also has Diamond in fleet. It is an approved Diamong maintenance facility too, and this can be a plus.

There's something in Malta, too.

In America there is also Euro American Aviation. The owner are german but the school is in America. Don't remember where exactly.

Sabena flight academy / CAE global academy Brussels. They use DA20 for initial training, DA40 when you are advanced, and DA42 for ME and IR.

Keilir Aviation Academy in Iceland offer an all Diamond fleet, including the DA-42 NG with TKS de-icing system and Synthetic Vision System on the G-1000.
