hours building in north west query
Hi All
I was just wondering, im in the lead up to starting my CPL/ME/IR course I have 100 hours total and 19 hours p1 so planning on starting my hours building.
For all those in the north west, Liverpool/Manchester especially, how and where are you hour building? Do you have an hours building deal with any schools or do you find having shares works out cheaper overall for a significant number of hours?
Only I am still on the look out for a place where I will not be charged £110-£130 per hour, plus landing fees, will meet hour builders to share experiences with and have different types of aircraft to add to my log book.
Many Thanks

There are lots of offers in the North West, does your last/current school/club not offer hour building?
My school offers a very competitive deal purely to stop people leaving for "cheaper" hour building. I am sure you will have lots of deals thrust upon you shortly and if you look at a few old threads the same question was asked recently.
I would also avoid scrimping on hour building, it's your chance to get good and have some fun, if your already good get really good, get yourself to CPL standard and include some regular mentoring.
I would also make sure you know what you are getting into in the current climate spending lots of money on a CPL/IR. If you require the additional hours you appear to have for your PPL 81 hours dual !!! verses 19 hours solo it's going to be a long hard slog for you and your instructor/s and way beyond your budget if your already talking about saving a few quid on one of the important areas.
