Q400 CBT or study guide

Hello,

is there anybody who could share CBT for Dash-8 Q400? I am looking for any study guide or documents (pdf) which are found to be helpful in preparing for Q400 type rating.

Any notes or abbreviated aircraft docs would be helpful as well. It takes forever to read AOM's and its hard to remember the most important stuff.
