Best way to get Twin Otter Rating and CPL

Best way to get Twin Otter Rating and CPL
I want to go for a job which uses the Twin Otter with Floats. They say that you need a CPL Multi, and Single Float Plane experience is ok.
So is the best way to get the FAA CPL Single, or should I go straight for a twin otter rating and fly that for my CPL multi.
I'm a bit stuck on the best saving route and the best to gain experience route.
I will be doing Part 141, so that means I need 55 hours of instruction and then I get a reduction of 50 hours flying. So hour building, I would have to do, but I'm not sure in what aircraft?

You location says London, you are talking about FAA ratings. You need to make sure you are legal to work where this job is. If it is for the Maldives you need lots of experience as they don't hire low time foreigners. If it is in Alaska you need to be American, if it is in Canada you need to be Canadian.
