Does anyone know anything about Air Crew Solution and the TR and LT-programs they offer? Are they serious and trustworthy? Anything?

The guy can't even afford to get someone who speaks English as a first language or a translator to produce his website. Why would anyone want to give that much money to someone who can't even produce a decent sentence to advertise his business. What a joke. Amazing someone even needs to ask if it sound legitimate.
As someone posted before although it has since been removed. This is apparently a venture by a Hungarian FO working for Vietnam airlines. No phone number or office location. So yeah send some guy in Vietnam 15,000 Euros.
This is a self sponsored First Officer Line Training program. This program is build up for fresh Type Rating holders who wants to become one step more further in their Aviation Career. Trainee needs to pay for this training program. It will be conducted in an Airline in Europa. Program contains 100 hrs Line Training Flight with Qualified TRI/TRE in actual line operation. After 100 hrs Line Check will be done and program will be completed.
