Welcome to the PPRuNe Wannabees forum.
The questions you ask have been asked and answered recently and I am sure that if you use the 'Search' button you will find any number of recommendations about schools and costs.
It is a very subjective matter and very few people go to more than one scool so they are not really qualified to make a judgement between schools - they will only say their experience was good or bad - or even worse , they will repeat hearsay!
