Dead easy, fly 39nm on a bearing of 304 degrees true.

Although given it's quite a short distance, you could also use the airport bus to Oxford (oxford bus company - Heathrow) then take a City2 bus to Kidlington. The airport is a short distance from the town centre and you can walk it in about 20 minutes or get a taxi.

there is a bus that takes you to the middle of oxford and then a local one out to the airfield . Don't worry about booking anything it all works out unless you arrive after 7 at night then you need a taxi from oxford out to kidlington. otherwise you have to time it with the late bus which runs ever hour but to the canal not the airport.

If you are going to be at Kidlington for some time do visit Blenheim Palace where Sir Winston Churchill was born.
Good luck on the course.
