Post Breaking 1k

g'day

Any of the more experienced self funded people here got any input on how long it took them to hit the thousand hour mark after gaining their CPL, and how they got there ??

Cheers

Thumbs up

I did it by instructing . Took about 18 months. Realistically speaking it's the only option available in the U K . There are those who tug gliders , drop skydivers or do airial photography but they are very few in number . From experience most skydiving and gliding clubs tend to use club members who have ppl's to fly for them and its perfectly legal as long as they aren't paid .
