MEP Renewal Exam

Bi just had word from the CAA that I did my MEP/IR renewal but the MEP theory has expired. I've got just a few weeks to do the MEP theory exam. Anyone know any place in the North East I can do this?

Any school with a twin. Multi flight etc.

But in theory some of it should be from the aircraft you flew in the test which might be an issue.

How long was your MEP out for?

Hey thanks for reply. I did the initial MEP 14/11/2005. Renewed 17/11/2011. Did the renewal on a Duchess. Initial on a Seminole.

I suppose you would have to do the Duchess exam. I never knew the theory could run out. But then again you were just over 5 years.

Bet they would make me do it as well even though I have been flying twin turboprops for the 7 years its been out.
