Anyone going to Jerez, April '02???

Hi all, i have just received my contract through the post and am just seeing if anyone else is considering going to Jerez in april '02??

Billy, i believe the contract is a standard one with everyone having to pay the same initially, however if you have previous hours, as i myself have 80 they will credit you this on the syllabus where appropriate, however I believe they will only allow a maximum of 35 hours to be credited, this is then negotiated and the ammounts you pay are then drafted into your contract when you have had a flight with the CFI. so if you get the full 35 hours it would equte to about £3k saving.

slightly sad i know, but are they planning on having internet access or network access in the bedrooms, and if not what is the availability of connections for private pc's??

Re Internet Access:
We were promised this in the rooms by the end of the year......LAST YEAR!!!
The connectivity is all in place, I think it is just a matter of investment in servers/routers, but this is probably not a very high priority at the moment. The plan is to have access to CBT from the rooms, and with this will come internet access.
It is very easy to connect a laptop to one of the spare sockets around the place and get net access.
There are some rooms that have net access at the moment, but I'm not gonna tell you where!!!
