BA Feedback
Having done my final board for BA on September the 13th (guess I picked the wrong week to take up flying) I received a letter saying I had been unsuccessful.
In accordance with protocol I wrote a letter asking for some feedback and I haven't heard a thing back. Should I pursue this or have all recruitment staff been given the elbow?

Stick with it Knowledge, they do come back in the end. I had to wait for nearly 4mnths, constantly chasing and chasing, but when they did it was top draw stuff. They went through the whole thing in precise detail. Not exactly music to your ears, but certainly worth listening to if you're undecided to continue

Knowledge,
Good effort for trying, many don't and just keep banging their heads against the wall making the same mistakes each time.
Have you tried to give them a call?
If you manage to get through to pilot recruitment, let them know that you are aware that all recruitment has been put on hold, but you want to spend the time before it restarts preparing for your next application.
Be persistent but professional, they will be happy to oblige, it just may take a while.
From what I understand, they feedback is comprehensive and can be very useful in preparing for the next time!
Good luck with it,
Quicksilver

It took them 3 months to get back to me but it was worth the wait. They go through it in great detail and you will learn a lot from it.
They told me that I was extremely close to getting a sponsorship and they highly recommended that I try again next time.

can I assume from the amount of detailed feedback that BA can provide to you after 3 or 4 months, then they would probably retain this information for when you next apply?
I was under the impression that you had a "clean slate" each time.
Anyone with further comment on this?

I had to wait 9 months for my feedback.
As all of the others have stated it was very comprehensive and worthwhile waiting for.
With regards to your personal information on record, they asked me to re-apply and I did, having moved house since going to final board, they sent the application form etc. to my new address but when they sent the letter telling me about all recruitment being frozen, they sent it to my old address. I feel they hold onto all of your information whether purely for reference or to taint their opinion is anybodies guess.
