ATPL additional reading.

Can anyone recommend any additional reading material other than the standard books and CAP publications that are supplied for the ATPL studies? (I'm with CATS)

Thanks in advance.

Maybe handling the big jets, by D.P davies.

For general aviation, Be a better pilot by Alan Bramson

Both are rather old books, before airbus and garmin 1000's. But still good.
