JAA or CAA ?

Hi
whats the diffrents between these licenses ? which one is harder ?
which one is better for hiring ( when you have only 200-300 flight hours )
hiring at air charters is easier in africa or erupe ?

When you refer to "CAA" -which country are you referring to?

If you are referring to the UK CAA - they are a member state of the JAA - so they issue a JAA license. So ultimately there is no difference between a UK CAA and JAA as they are one and the same.

hiring at air charters is easier in africa or erupe ?
That really comes down to where you are legally permitted to work?
