EASA timeline changes

We have been told by the CAA that they are putting off the deadline for introducing the EASA licence by three months, slipping it from April 2012 to July 2012. The exception to this is the military bridging system which is still going to stop in its present form on 7 April 2012. I can't verify this, or find anything in writing yet, but as soon as I do, I will post the link.

This was updated a few weeks ago. The option to delay implementation of the Annexes (by up to 12 months) was agreed by the EASA Committee some months ago although the Regulation will still come into force on 8 Apr.
