JOC or FAA Type rating

Hi,


I am in such a situation that do JOC(b737 sim £1800)or FAA B737 type rating(£7500)?If i go for FAA type rating(i have FAA licences) would it be consider more than JOC certificate in UK?What do you suggest?

To transfer a FAA TR to your JAA licence you need at least 500 hours on type - if I'm not wrong.
