Cabair at Elstree used to provide the FRTOL test. It is on the Thameslink Trainline from St Pancreas (ELSTREE) or the Jubilee Tube line (STANMORE) with a short taxi ride at either end or about a 35 minute drive from central London. Examiner was Asif Khan, I don't know if he still operates from there.
