radio nav exam changes
just to make sure everyone knows;
1, decca is no longer examined.
2, p-rnav, requires track-keeping acuracy of 1.0nm standard deviation or better, not 0.5.

Decca was removed from the exams some time ago when the chains around the UK were switched off.
A good reference for the ECAC RNAV system is this web site.
