Do you know any Flight training center in USA with its own English language course?
I'm looking for a Flight training center in USA that accepts International students, with its own English language course (ESL), so I can enroll without TOEFL score. Like conditional admissions for flight training courses after completing language course.

I don't think that you can do this under US immigration law.
You would have to enroll in an English language course at one school then transfer to a flight school.
One of the questions asked for the visa is :
Do you read, write, speak and understand the English language - so I'm not sure that they'd issue a visa if the answer is no.
If a flight school did - it would imagine it would have to be approved.
