Why not just go directly to a flight training organistion?

L&B AA do courses related to Aviation as I understand it. Yes they can be a good entry into becoming a Pilot with some of the course covering the ATPL theory. But hardly seen as beneficial by airlines.

I know lads that have no GCSE's but have done the flight training and now fly for the airlines.
