Question IFR flight plan in G airspace

Hi

I know that IFR is not forbidden in G airspace. Usually during training we takeoff from airfield in G airspace using Z for flight rules in flight plan, change to IFR after we contact approach of the airport near by and do ILS/DME approaches ect., We than change back to VFR and return home. Is it possible to submit IFR flight plan from uncontrolled airfield without all the changes? I mean take off visually and proceed en route IFR? For example is it possible to submit IFR flight plan between two uncontrolled airfields in G airspace? Will it pass Eurocontrol checks?

You can try the departure/destination ZZZZ method. Enter ZZZZ for either departure airfield or destination.
Then in field 18, remarks enter DEP/ DEST/ name of airports.

But you will need to get your clearance from somewhere / someone.
