Building Hours

Does anyone know where I can find information about the aircrafts suitable for time building in accordance with EASA requirements?
I have been offered a AT-3 (which is very light - MTOW 582 kg /1,282 lb) from Egnatia Aviation, but I'm not sure if it is acceptable for building hours.
Thank you very much!

Anything fixed wing with an MTOW over 473kg, that isn't a glider or motorglider should be fine under any EASA rule.
