My suggestion

Mid October and onwards is a good period. Calm and clear skies.

Its good untill march-april, later the convetion and build up of clouds are fast and during july-august, the hurricane season comes in.

But its florida, so small thunderstorm does warm anytime, but winters are always good.

Im not big fan of cab. heat in older airplanes. And if you fly at 6500 in january, in can be very cold
But oct, nov and march april is very nice.
