I stand ready to be corrected but I don't think that the Indian DGCA approves any schools outside of India.
I think you mean to ask DGCA "compliant" as in the Indian authorities will recognize the training and experience when applying for a validation or conversion.
You will find a lot of schools in the US that claim to be DGCA compliant.
It is your responsibility that you verify that they are before starting training.
I don't know the DGCA requirements by heart so you would need to get info from schools that you are intrested in and compare with DGCA requirements.
