Aptitude Tests
Ive done a search here and havent found any relevant info, wondering if anyone has any info on the GAPF test. The website has poor info on this test, and it is rather hard to find any info what so ever relating to this test.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Personality features, relevant for the pilots profession, like
motivational structure
learnability
performance related attitudes
self critical attitudes
stress resistance.
Social competences, like
communication
cooperation
cooperative problem solving
leadership.
Mental abilities, like
logical abilities
language abilities
technical understanding
memory capacity
attention allocation and capacity
multi-tasking
long-term concentration.
Operational, profession specific competences, like
psychomotor abilities
spatial abilities
information processing abilities
strategic abilities
management competences
problem solving competences.
Seems to explain it quite well to me.If you're struggling take a look in Military aircrew for aptitude tests and the sticky OASC thread.
Google search "psychometric tests", "pilot aptitude test". They're all pretty much the same.
It's a psychometric test, there is no way of cheating it. You will either pass or fail. But before you ask for more help here at least TRY and find some information somewhere else. You are trying to be a pilot, don't expect to be spoon fed for the entirity of your life.
