Question CAAP CPL Renewal

I am a holder of Philippine CAAP CPL+IR which expired on Jan.13th this year. I have the following endorsements-
1. C150
2. C172
3. BE-55
I wish to know whether I have to fly 10HR on all my endorsed A/C for renewal. Also I wish to go back to the Philippines and fly the Piper Seneca PA-34-200. How do I proceed ahead? Please advise.
Thanks
