Hi everybody, im currently looking at several different ways in to training but can't weight up the pros and cons of the different types, just wondering if anybody could give me any words of wisdom

Plenty of people give good a valid views for both sides of training. I've yet to commence training but I extracted a lot of infortmation from it, find a quiet time, sit down and read the entire thread. It is very useful
