Eligible - Yes
However, unfortunately there is minimal chance in this present climate that they be employed.
A quick perusal of the threads in this forum give an accurate state of play of the aviation industry.

I don't have to read the threads. Recently 120 low time pilots, freshers were inducted in jet. I want to take the opinion of captains in various airline industries, about how comfortable they feel when they are flying with a newbie.
Do they feel any difference between the two between a total fresher and a person with an instructor licence in a flying club with say 2000 hrs of piston engine flight time.
I have an opinion they should not feel MUCH difference both are having piston engine times (although different in quantity)

If you don't have time to read the threads then go and post elsewhere!
This website is for professional pilots;this forum those is for those who wish to enter the commercial aviation industry and are prepared to work hard to get there.
It is NOT a forum for the conducting of specious polls about such topics of what the Captain thinks about flying with a recently qualified pilot.
IF you had read more widely and learnt a bit more about the industry before posting you would have realised that All PILOTS - irrespective of experience - are required to be trained and examined to the requisite level before being allowed out on the line. Therefore most Captains will be well aware that the person sitting next to him is sufficiently qualified.
I suggest that you make time to read other threads and gain a greater understanding of the industry before you post again.
