FAA PPL onto a JAA CPL license?

Hi folks,

I am holding a FAA PPL(A), FAA CPL(A) ME IR and also a JAA CPL(A) ME IR, the latter being a converted license from FAA.

My question is, can I convert the FAA PPL(A) to a JAA PPL aswell as I'd like to do some private, single engine flying here in Europe on European-registered aircraft and would like to have SE PPL priviledges entered into my JAA license?

What's necessary to get this done? Is it just a matter of paperwork (like converting the JAA PPL to a FAA PPL?) or do I have to do a flight test?

FYI, my JAA CPL / IR flight test was done on a multi engine aircraft, not SE.

Many thanks in advance for your help!
