ICAO english proficiency test

Any one knows where to do the ICAO English proficiency test in either Denmark, Northern Germany or UK?

Just contact more or less any FTO. Most of them have been approved for language assesment and have assesors connected.
Beware that unless you do it in an operational environment (pfc or training flight) you probably have to pay for some ground instruction hours(for simulating flight) in addition to a fee.
Seen various prices and fees for assesments so shop around a little.
