Contacts of Spanish CAA
Hello,
I'm looking for the contacts of Spanish CAA aviation personnel licensing department (airplane pilots licensing).
Without knowing Spanish and due to a large organisation it is quite difficult even to understand exactly where to look for - in AENA, or AESA or Senasa, or... Then phone autoattendants in Spanish :s...
May be someone can help with contacts of "CAA" and the best would be to find a contact details of a responsible person - competent in pilot licensing in Spain.

The Spanish "CAA" is the DGAC, not AENA. They are under the ministerio de fomento.

There is no phone number but the main number for Ministerio de Fomento is +34-915-978-787 and they can redirect you
