What does the UK CAA charge for adding a type rating?
Hi guys!
Anybody know what the the UK CAA charge for adding a 737 type rating to your licence? i've read in LASORS that it is 116 pounds, but is this for everything?
The reason I wonder is because I know that scandinavian authorities charge from 5-800 pounds for this, so I wanted to check if the difference really is that big?

Yep thats the price all in for 5 mins of work when they put it on.
We have another advantage as well that when you do you LPC next year the examiner signs your IR off for another year and you don't have to pay the CAA a thing. I believe the scandinavian authorities charge you for that as well.
