Question CL-604 FAA type rating

I need some help me in my situation.
My company wants to buy me a CL-604 type rating and I'm going to have to work for them as SIC for some time. So it is in my interest to save some money on that rating. They gave me an apportunity to choose a training center. Currently I have an FAA CPL and IR (to young for ATP) with no type ratings and a Russian CPL with a CRJ-100/200 type (Russian CL-65 equivalent).
Does anyone know training centers that can do a good deal on CL-604 FAA type rating?
What should I get SIC or PIC?
