Question Fly over point & Fly BY point

hi,,,
I just happened to come across in jeppesen glossary these two words. Fly by poin & FLy ovr point.
whats the difference between them?? Without a doubt Fly over point is quite self explanatory ... but need help wid Fly by point!

If any body can come up with a proper defination that would be great!

fly over point you will fly over the way point then turn for example. A fly by point you will start the turn a little early and fly by the way point.
