Skytest MIC problem ?

Skytest MIC problem ?
Hello ,
Im going to have DLR assessment in few weeks and I purchased Skytest in order to make some training for DLR but especially for MIC module.
But unfortunately im having a trouble with it.When i start skytest and select MIC ,it doesnt give any reactions to my joystick movements.Despite i checked my joystick calibration ( also works properly on Flight Simulator ) and activate joystick from Skytest Options neither ailerons nor elevator works
And although i make movement with joystick during assessment at the end i get %0 compass and %0 altitude as a result .That means skytest receives none of my joystick inputs.
Could some body help me about this problem and any idea about how to fix that because i owned the skytest only for MIC.Airline already sent me CBTs for other modules
