Affording Flying after completeing Training
Hi All
I am considering doing my CPL/IR and would have to borrow money to do this. I am just wondering how people keep current after completeing their training I mean its one thing to go and do the training but with massive debts after completeing it, How can anyone afford to hire a aircraft ? I would guess you would need to go flying once a Fortnight or at least once a month to stay current especially with IFR procedeures. It just seems it would be very difficult to afford this after forking out so much on CPL/IR, MCC not to mention those who go on and buy a Type Rating.
Any Thoughts ?
Thanks

Don't get into massive debts to complete your flying training. Why spend what you do not have?
Work, save and train = CPL. Work, save and train = ME. Work, save and train = IR.
Then after finish training; Work, save and fly to keep current! Easy, problem solved!!!
