question about career as a pilot

question about career as a pilot
hey all
after i have been reading the posts that someone gave me in an other post that i opend i have some questions:
1.if i choose to learn my career in oxford will it be a good chocie?
in thier site do i have to look at the atpl course?
what do i have to about my english?i am from israel so you know...we speak hebrew and not so much english.so do i have to take an english course before or something?
2.what do you have to say about the learn the career in america?its not good,write?
3.when i finish to learn can the academy make me a connection with an airline in europe which will find me a job in this airline
