Cathay Pacific Cadet Program

I heard they finance the training for those who pass the selections and then hire them initially as S/O then you would expect to achieve the higher ranks.
Can anybody tell me something about it?About the selections? I guess it's hard...
I would like to try it after college graduation.

Hi,

The place to look would be in the fragrant harbour forums, particularly http://www.pprune.org/fragrant-harbo...programme.html

You do an initial stage of selection near your home then if you pass that you have a more thorough selection in Hong Kong, which is good fun! It has the usual pilot recruitment tests, a technical interview, group exercise, pilot aptitude tests, logic tests, aviation knowledge test etc...
