FSDO by mail?Please help
Hi
I got my AGI and FOI, and I wanted to know it I can send my papers to the FsDO by Mail that they send me my Instructor certificate?
Anyone did something like this?

No you cannot. These sort of things need to done in person at a FSDO so they can properly ID you.
