convert to JAA CPL/IR

First of all ho to all. I am new to forum. I need advice for my brother. He did CPL/IR from Pakistan.Got 200 hours. He is moving to UK,need to convert to JAA CPL/IR.

Can any one guide whata and how to do and how much it will cost and the duraiton of converstion.

About 25,000 pounds 6-12 months for ground school and another 3 months for the flight training and flight test.
