psychotechnic tests for Airline Pilot Interview
Hello All,
I'm looking for typical "psychotecnic tests " that some companies used in their recruitment process. If you have any links or recommended books, please feel free to share!
I don't know if I'm using the right term: I'm talking about logical exercices: for example, they give you 5 cards and you have to find out the sixth card. They used as well dominos, pictures, drawings etc...
Thanks.

The correct term is Psychometric tests. I think the info can be researched online and there are books available although I'm not able to say which ones are any good. I'm sure others will post that info.
