Well I finally got my new CPL back from Gatwick, and shock horror, a couple of sheets of paper, just a slight change in the letters before my number from PP to CP !! not even a new folder in a different colour? isn't it supposed to change from hearing aid beige to blue or something? Gutted lol. They don't half know how to take the wind from your sails!

Give the CAA a bell and they'll send you the correct wallet - they did the same to me
