Hello Wicked Approach,
check www. pilotschool. lv - ground classes are provided by OAA, but the ATPL flight training you can get for only 19.000Eur. It is with all ratings - CPL, MEP,IFR and time building.
OAA - high level and its DL still very inexpensive and flight training for probably the best price in EU.

Hey Whirls finally i got you thanks for your reply
So here is my story i ma doing my commercial pilot training from south africa and in this end of month expecting my licence.i haven't decided yet whether i should do multi engine IR Or single engine IR because after getting my licence i am planning to my conversion from ICAO to JAA.As per there requirement one should have to do 15 hours of multi engine flying to get IR.So i dont want to invest immense money on both ends....what you advise me??
thanks again

Well I am highly flattered that you think I could give such advice but I am unable as I am a helicopter pilot and our training routes are different - in the UK there is no SE IR(H) for example.
