Now is studying CPL and IFR, but the books sold in school are so expensive. Yet would like to ask help that who has the following books for pdf version that could be read on the computer or you know where I could download those (for free is the best)? Thanks!

At least two of those are copyright their respective authors. Buy them yourself like other people have to. Or do the research and download one of them from the Transport Canada website.

The commercial pilot study guide should be there - but it may be in html and not pdf. They are usually in both formats.

I don't mean to be rude, but if you can't afford a few books (whose authors deserve to be paid for their work) how are you going to afford the thousands of dollars needed to become fully qualified?
