Changing over to JAA...
Hi Everyone!
I would like to pose a question to the forum for any thoughts and opinions regarding flight training as per the JAA system.
The Commercial license training carried out in Sri Lanka has been following UK CAA ground school syllabus and obtaining the UK CAA examination papers.
The Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka is now thinking to implement the JAA system in Sri Lanka.
Sri Lanka is still considered a third world country with lack of facilities to accommodate the JAA system in both ground and flight training. Is this a viable/practical for Sri Lanka to adopt the JAA system structure for ground and flight training or is it best to remain with its current system or develop its own system practical to Sri Lanka?
Thanks to all!
