Cost of exams at CAA UK

Can somebody tell me the cost of ATPL theory exams (14 exams) ?

also the CPL Skill test an IR Skill test ?

£66 per exam paper

Check the CAA website, but i think its around £729 for the CPL test fee.

Yea it sure concentrates the mind to passing first time!!...imagine if they charged £3 a go....how hard would you study then?????

I wonder if the CAA will ever provide a justifiable statement as to why they charge the oh so ludicrous fee's for the exams and flight tests.

Considering the exam papers have been the same for years and the CAA instructor gets a pleasure flight for a couple of hours and spends the time counting the 'easy money'

Almost the same prices in Latvian CAA - 40Ls = 51.53GBP per exam.
