Another Wannabe Pilot.
Hello!
This is my very first post in here, but I have been following PPRUNE 4 a very long time though.. (I must point out the degree of constructive debate on each of the threads is really high..irrespective of it being encouraging or discouraging to us..wannabe's)
Coming back to the point..
I am a 19 year old, from Bombay, India.
A very simple question:
1. Since the ex-pats most probably would have to leave as per the DGCA notice next year, do u actually think it is the time for us to start our training?
2. I want fellow Indians to shed some light on the future aviation environment in India, because it is hard to believe ( as most have pointed out) that 'worse is yet to come'
Extremely discouraging
But then again..as i said..sensible debate and a very balanced debate made me join in..there was someone out there who pointed out :
For PILOTS: It is sensible for them to make it seem the environment is real bad for aviation, so as they donot get any pay cuts.
FOR AVIATION SCHOOLS: Painting the scenario as gud as they can, is obviously in thier intrest.
Who should I believe?
