In this current situation.....

im not too sure how to put this into words really but see what you can gather from it.......with lots of experienced pilots jobless or struggling to find a job, and those wanting jobs mostly having to pay for TRs to get in with an airline, will there ever be a point where airlines will recruit those with just a frozen atpl without charging for TR? From reading all you guys knowledgeable posts, im very immpressed with all the opinions and info you have, i just feel as if im in a mindset where paying for a job is going to the only way to get on that first step on the airline ladder??

by all means correct me if im wrong, im chilled out and hit me back with whatever you deem neccesary

Free type-ratings (bonded) may return, but not for a few years, I fear.

Of course, there's always the military for those who can pass selection and really want to fly.
