Living in Everett, WA for Flight Training!

I am planning to do flight training in a facility in Snohomish County Airport (Everett, WA).

Does anyone here have experience in flying out in this airport? How was it?

Does anyone know any housing options (apartments etc.) aside from extended stay hotels near the airport at affordable rates? How to go the airport from the housing?
