FTO Approval?
Hi,
Is it possible for a school to offer training for commercial when they are not on the Approval list as a registered FTO. The school says that they use another school's FTO approval and share aeroplanes but this surely cant be legal?

Grey area I guess, depends on what school you 'actually' enrol in.
If it were me I would be asking the CAA if they would accept the training. I would not be very satisfied with the answer you have so far.
