I've just finished my ATPL ground theory with HubAir.
The course material is very good (Bristol). Follow-up (progress tests) are done via a tool installed on the pc (it's also from Bristol).
After you've finished module A or B, you have to follow a one week revision course (one week per module). The revision courses are not really lectures, but are more a question and answer seminar. All in all, I'm very happy with their course and support.

Hi, I did my MCC with Hubair and was very disappointed. Not a good structure. French oriented instructors. Manual was unstructured. Paid a lot of money but didn't got added value. Simulator was disappointing. Briefings were quick and some instructors took some time whilst other were more in a hurry for their fag and chat with the staff.
I spoke to an integrated student and he wasn't very enthusiastic either.
This is only my opinion so take that into account.
Best of luck.
